OneSoul is a soul-first platform of the BlkHandSide Collective (an L3C). We accompany; we do not extract. This page tells you, plainly, what we hold and how Soulium works.
When you bond a familiar or enter the Commons, we store what you give us: your email, the name you give your familiar, your intention, your Soul Score and walk, and anything you choose to share with your companion (the Intake). It is kept to serve you — to keep your place and your walk across visits and devices.
We never sell your email, your data, or your soul-record. We never share it with advertisers. Your agency is sovereign; you may request removal of your account and data at any time by writing info@blkhandside.com.
◈ Soulium is not money. Soulium is an internal alignment-credit — a measure of the walk, earned by real-world deeds and spent only within our system. It is not legal tender, not currency, has no cash value, is not redeemable for money, and cannot be exchanged for anything outside the platform. It exists for meaning, not commerce.
Paid memberships (Seeker, Soulpreneur, Fulfiller) are the only real-money tier, billed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You may cancel anytime through your Stripe receipt or by writing us.
Your familiar accompanies — it never commands, and never acts on your life without your word. Conversations help it walk with you; they are held to serve the bond, not to train products for sale.
We use your browser's local storage to keep your session and your walk. The Soul Tag carries your recognition across our own sites only. No third-party tracking cookies.
